Motivation

I want to talk to you guys about motivation. Motivation is described as “the reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way. I know personally for me what motivates me to do anything is to establish in my mind what are the benefits. For example, when it comes to food. I look at how my body will benefit, not how it actually taste. Fitness wise, I look at my age, and as I am told, “I don’t look my age😊”, and I say to myself I never want to be the guy who can’t play with his children and enjoy life. So what keeps me going is to look at the future and not staying in the now. What are some of your motivations to be fit or the lack thereof ?
